Pros

The job is relatively simple and a lot of the workers there are fun to be around. Some of the managers genuinely care about the people they lead.

Cons

Management outside of the restaurant does not care about the workers. Any complaints will be either ignored or you will be told it’s being “handled” and it will not. There isn’t even an HR department within the company to complain to. Being in management within the store, you are not paid enough for the amount of work they expect from you.
