They raise our salaries, but cut our commission rate. My manager justified this by explaining I could more easily get a loan with a higher salary. Why do I need to borrow if you are supposed to be paying me a living wage? More games.

Cons

High monthly sales quotas, never ending service calls, WAY too big routes, very disorganized...routes not stabilized ever. Managers very lazy, uneducated in managing.
