You have access to the company truck and decent benefits.

Cons

Women are paid far less than men for doing the exact same job. The salary and production promised during the interview was not honest. Office staff scheduled terribly and favoured certain technicians, which directly impacted the amount of money you made. Overtime was demanded but never paid. PPE during covid was rarely available. Terrible micromanagement. No room for advancement.
