Pros

Work environment, flexibility, management, support from all level's, benefits.

Cons

Time off is the only con. 2 weeks after first year and 3 weeks after 5 years is a huge draw back for me. I have 2 busy teen agers and I would greatly benefit with more time off. I fully realize the struggle from an operations view point but, there should be a way to earn more time off or even purchase days off.
