Good benefits, match RSP contributions for retirement, great support from HR, IT and head office. Great opportunities to move up into different positions in the company.

Cons

Some days of work can be longer then others depending on emergencies need to attend to etc..

I've been here 5 years and I love what I do. I love my team, my managers are wonderful, our Senior Leadership truly values us. I love the open door policy, the business hours, the opportunity for advancement, pay structure, holidays, vacation & paid sick time!

Cons

Some days are extremely busy and you must be able to multi-task (not really a con, but for some it might be) for me, it makes the days fly!
