Pros

Employment schedule is great when actively going to school. Working with various cliental provides motivation to continue working for the company.

Cons

Limited budget for cliental to attend community activities; money for outings is usually based on the clientals' individual income to which tends to come from working at the company owned workshop. When expressing concerns to management it tends to be dropped to the waist side and becomes concerning when cliental needs are being presented. Also, I mostly worked by myself and made it difficult to attend individual needs or attend community activities based on someone not wanting to leave the residence. There is a significant amount of staff turn over and the hiring rate isn't significant enough in order to provide full coverage for the residence on a continuous basis.
