Pros

Benefits are decent and start right away

Cons

Once you are hired the job duties change, constantly. They do not take away duties, they add more and more and more... along with that they do not change any of the metrics they have set for you with the job you were hired to do so you will never meet the basics of what you are expected to do.

Disappointing at best...

Pros

Beautiful location, nice lunch room facilities, free fruit twice a week

Cons

Lack of unified vision. Departments operate autonomously, without considering how their actions/activities will affect the customer. Assumptions are made about what the customer wants/needs without clearly understanding what the customer does or how they do it. Very little investment put into making the products work correctly. Compensation is below market, promises are deep with very little follow through. What is said in the quarterly meetings is not reflective of reality.

Pros

The office is nice and I have a nice laptop that isn't chained to my desk. They gave us Christmas Eve off in 2015.

Cons

It's boring work. Most employees are temps. No direction from leaders and the pay is rather low. I was promoted but only got a small 3% raise. After hearing they are on target to acquire 4 more competitors and reach a Billion in assets it was a low blow. They seem to hire a lot of people but nobody stays. No direction. Software is not stable. Seems like only a few key role in the organization and if those people leave the ship will sink.
