Pros

-People are awesome: The colleagues here are fantastic. They are supportive, friendly, and make coming to work a genuinely enjoyable experience. -Work-life balance: It's super uncommon to have a thriving work-life balance in the finance industry, but they somehow are able to manage it well. You won't be working yourself to the bone here -Benefits are great: takes a lot of stress out of the equation -"I work for Ableton" cool card

Cons

-Extremely low pay and no room for growth: The elephant in the room. The compensation is far from competitive, and it's disheartening to see no real opportunities for career advancement. It's hard to stay motivated when your efforts don't translate into financial or professional growth. Cheap pay here its so sad especially during hard times. -Lack of unity within the different sectors: There seems to be a significant lack of cohesion among the various sectors of the company. This leads to confusion, lack of direction, and a sluggish pace in decision-making. It feels like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. -Meetings and talks that lead nowhere: If you're a fan of endless meetings and discussions that ultimately yield no tangible results, this place has you covered. It's frustrating to see so much time and effort wasted on discussions that go nowhere. -Slow-moving processes: **Everything** that goes on within the company takes an excruciatingly long time.. Whether it's making important decisions or implementing changes, the snail's pace can be maddening, especially when it affects the livelihood of employees.

Pros

- Remote work - Mostly cool people

Cons

- Too many to list! - Horrible below-market pay -Mis-understanding from an Executive level on the implementation of tools and strategy -Pretend they are saving the world, and employees should be honored to be a part of it. - And the worst; the CEO and CFO enriched themselves by putting the company in a public trust and paying themselves over 6 million to do so, whilst claiming financial trouble and laying off the company's key members. Curropt!

Pros

This is a great place to work if you are a musician and love the music industry. If you're in a customer-facing role, you'll interact with fellow musicians every day. Even if you aren't interacting with customers, your colleagues are comprised mostly of musicians, or at the very least, music lovers. The company's mission is admirable. When things are good, morale is amazing. If you are looking for an entry-level job and you love music, I would suggest Ableton.

Cons

Things move incredibly slowly and initiatives that could immediately 10x productivity are often ignored. The company is lagging behind, competitors appear much more modernized than Ableton does. Communication across offices in a remote setting is really, really bad. Morale is at an all-time low at the time of this review. If you are ambitious and are expecting to grow quickly in your career, do not join Ableton.
