Pros
- It’s the best treatment I’ve experienced in a workplace: fair salary, good work-life balance (no expectation of overhours), a supportive atmosphere, good-hearted co-workers and management with genuinely good intentions - The people are generally friendly, smart, and interesting - There’s a lot of freedom and room for self-management and personal growth - though it can be challenging for those who prefer more leadership or structured guidance - Flat hierarchies
Cons
- Not all colleagues are equally reliable, and this can be really frustrating - Communication and transparency between teams could be improved - There’s a noticeable lack of structure in some areas, which can feel exhausting
