HR is run by a 21 year old girl who has no idea what she's doing. This company doesn't highly value talent let alone humans as a whole. They have no regard for employee safety. There is no sanitation being done at all unless the employee takes it upon themselves to. You get sick, frequently? Due to the level of contact or no regard for COVID work standards. You're still expected to come to work. For the required work load you're given a 30 minute break that should be an hour. You're given two 10 minute breaks besides that not even 15's and as you're taken those 10's you cannot surpass a moment or you will be questioned or given a bad review. You're expected to cook everyday or be financially able to have food delivered every day. 30 minutes is not enough time to clockout pickup food let alone eat it outside of the office. This place is just terrible. Amongst very few genuine people it's sad to say everyone else has an Elitest mindset. Would not recommend.....
