everyone in the front office, no decisions, micromanagers, no investment in machines or people, profanity and a very threatening environment, no disciplinary actions for those (in the click) pay is quite poor, very aggressive office staff who would never get away with their actions in the real world

Where do I even start, very low pay compared to other machine shops in the area, the machines are worn out and there isn't air conditioning.
