Pros
Great colleagues, work hours are manageable
Cons
This firm, and I’m using this term very loosely, employs the practice of hiring a vast number of employees and then firing them when they realize the money coming in is not sustainable for the laundry list payroll. Also, job positions are unclear, ever-changing and leadership does not have the experience to handle the cases they take on. It’s very clear that leaderships only interest is making a quick buck off clients. There is no deference to client interest. This opens up the attorneys (especially associates) to CA bar complaints. The salary offered seems great at first, until you walk in one day and half the staff, attorneys included, have been laid off. Job stability here is nonexistent, this firm is not a place for growth or development. Reputable is not a word I would associate with this firm.
