Business Outlook
Pros
Easy straightforward work, some room to learn, no micromanagement, work from home, unlimited PTO, pretty nice insurance package, and flexible hours. Private equity is a great space to be in (although it would be nice to invest in Abrigo)
Cons
Boring / repetitive for analysts (not the best way to retain top talent - high talent analysts seem to move on elsewhere). Even though this is a tech company and does have some great “modern” perks, upper management is a bit of a “boys club”. like many tech companies, it is annoying when the product has bugs that should be very easy to fix, but no one ever gets around to fixing them. Some struggle with managing acquisitions/mergers as they expand the product by purchasing other brands.
