      Culture Atmosphere Communication HSA Coverage Charitable Initiatives

      Poor choices with company spending Lack of swag and other fun perks like comparable tech companies Without a COO, all branches of the org are slowly going rogue and setting the company up for failure. People are leaving out of frustration and the job market is saturated with more attractive opportunities.

      Most of the people at Abrigo are wonderful people Most of the culture is great Unlimited PTO Competitive benefits (Pay excluded)

      Cons

      high rate of turnover - certain departments No pay increase for me for 2+ years. Have asked numbers times ( I am the primary in my department and have had to train several managers on my job due to our turnover.
