      Pros

      The company really makes you feel like family. I have never been welcomed into a company with such warmth and enthusiasm. It makes you feel a part of the team from day 1. The company training program was very extensive and brought a lot of knowledge in a short amount of time. It was a great way to quickly scale the learning curve.

      I have yet to find anything wrong.

      Pros

      Wonderful people and culture. Bright and helpful engineers, dedicated and knowledgeable product managers, transparent management genuinely looking out for the best interest of their employees. Fun, casual culture with an emphasis on solving problems and helping others (both customers and colleagues). Many opportunities to mentor others or be mentored, as well as rewarding collaborative problem solving.

      Cons

      Sometimes inter-departmental communication can feel a little slow, though even this is still faster than what I've experienced at other organizations. There are also constant efforts to streamline this sort of communication and to staff roles that are stretched too thin.
