Nothing that I can think of.

Cons

Mass layoffs when goals are not met. Antiquated management and budgeting practices. Talking about transparency and pretending to care about people while treating people as resources. "Good ol' boys club" vibes throughout.

The people, culture, and perks are the best things about Abrigo.

Cons

There were no quantifiable performance metrics for my department and advancement was unlikely as a result.
