Great Place for Independent Self Starters

Progressive culture (very friendly and dedicated to uplifting diversity across the board), amazing benefits (BCBS healthcare, flexible PTO with volunteer hours and wellness PTO), REMOTE work (they do not require you to report to one of their home offices), pay seems to be on target with industry standards.

Cons

I can already tell the work is going to be demanding and fast paced. I don't think this is a con necessarily but for those looking for a slow environment this will not be for you. Other than that, I haven't been here long enough to give a comprehensive overview of these yet but will edit after one year.
