Appreciate the feedback and kind words. I agree with your title :) You highlight several areas for improvement and they are on the radar to address. We will absolutely be working to break down silos, get everyone aligned on priorities, simplify our operations/systems, and unleash our great people to deliver great results. Also, if you've been in our Monthly Huddle or read my communications to the company since joining last month, our culture is sacrosanct and we will work diligently to make sure it is great. Thanks for your comments. You raise a very serious accusation and one that is impossible to refute one way or another. As all reviews are anonymous, we (Banker's Toolbox) cannot know who is writing reviews and posting on our site. We cannot be certain that they are even employees (current or former). The posting of reviews on Glassdoor is entirely on the honor system. Having said that, I believe in the honor of our employees. I don't believe for a second that one of our "Penguins" (what we call our employees) would post a false review. I choose to believe in our people and will defend them with everything that I have. You have reason to believe otherwise and I would hope that is based on fact. My office is open door and I would love to chat with you. Please come see me and let's discuss your feedback and how to make Bankers Toolbox great. This is a great test for us. I promise that I will listen to you and treat your concerns with the proper care and respect. All I ask is that you engage with us and help make things better.
