      Pros

      Free Lunch Good pay (and paying internships, wow!) Chill co-workers Casual and fun company culture Ping pong and video games in the break room Work relevant to your field of interest

      Cons

      The more casual atmosphere can get some getting used to. Definitely do your work professionally, but your boss and co-workers can be surprisingly irreverent (especially Daniel), so relax. Occasional intern busywork. You should expect that everywhere. All's fair in love, war and ping pong. Smack talk abounds (this may be a pro).

      Pros

      This place is probably the most transparent and direct environment I've ever worked in. The people are the key to this place and it matters in all regards. The people here are generous, open, happy and helpful to everyone else around them. The company has a clear vision for it's future and the drive to get it there.

      Cons

      As the company has grown, there's some silo-ing that's taken place but the managers and senior leadership seem to be aware and concerned about that.
