Pros
Free lunch and snacks Trustworthy CEO that keeps the company informed in monthly meetings. He also takes the time to get to know each employee personally and will do things like pop popcorn and deliver it to people's offices Casual dress code Everyone has their own office
Cons
They are lacking training programs (for new and existing employees) It constantly feels busy and so a work/life balance can sometimes be difficult When the quarterly goals and various stat comparisons are not handled well in a department it can cause a discouraging work environment Things can sometimes be disorganized and information not conveyed, which can be frustrating Upward advancement is not really clear/available
