Salary and more importantly 'total compensation' for a sales rep is way below average in the market for what Abrigo does. Commissions reduce by at least 40% every year as well as territory you can sell to. The company direction is also anything but encouraging unless you are only upselling to existing customers. The corporate bureaucracy made it not worth it anymore but the sad thing is that is was completely fixable by management but nothing ever happens to keep the best reps here so they drop like flies.

These software sales positions no longer pay even close to marketplace comp. Leadership has cut commissions in half and don’t seem to care too much about it. I won’t be shocked if they are left with no sales team before the end of the year. Very unfortunate.
