      Pros

      My time with ABSc was positive. The team I supported had a great training program and room to move to adjacent programs for career progression. The benefits were above industry standards and the perks were nice.

      Cons

      Early shift, this was program specific.

      Great Company with Growth Potential

      Pros

      Small business feel but large business opportunities, program management team advocates for employees on the ground. Career growth includes progressing on current programs or being able to move to another program to enhance skill set and gain more customer interaction. Awesome perks and a huge benefit cost reduction this year helps me with family medical costs.

      Cons

      timesheet drill each month can be cumbersome, but recognize it is necessary
