Pros

I love working here. The team is supportive and hears the doctors concerns and tries to work to rectify and remediate. Dr. Olson, Dr. Landron have been amazing as clinical coaches and as mentors. Chelsey Nicole is great at listening and helping present the doctor's need and perspective higher up on the corporate chain - which is extremely important if you don't want your voice lost. The team is constantly changing and growing to better advances and im grateful to be a part of that journey.

Cons

You have to be willing to pivot and change or else you will get overwhelmed and feel like it won't work.
