Thank you for the feedback! It is always disruptive when a team member leaves the company and we work diligently to find a proper replacement in a timely manner. Our compensation is well in line with the Las Vegas range for office managers. We also offer a wide range of benefits, bonus opportunities, and advancement that put us well ahead of most practices.

Thank you for sharing. We are sorry you were not happy with your working hours. We do sometimes have to adjust hours to accommodate our patients. This is the exception, not the norm. We love our team members and although we are a for profit business, our number one priority is quality patient care.

Pay is decent as long as you meet goals, a lot of ways to make bonuses.

Cons

No work life balance. Sometimes you end up working straight full 7 days as well as high production expectations even when understaffed. Long shifts.

Absolute Dental Response

We appreciate the honest feedback. We do offer a competitive base salary and the opportunity to make additional bonuses for a variety of KPI's. Working overtime is again an exception and not the norm. We try to be as accommodating as possible for our patients and ask that our team members be flexible as needed. Thank you for all your hard work!
