Pros

I can attest that Absolute Dental under its current management is truly provider-centric with focus on patient care. My contract was very simple and clear without any hidden strings attached. Unlike many other corps, there is no pushing the doctors on production or dictating them how to practice or treatment plan cases. So far, I have had full control over my schedule, and management has been doing a great job at different levels in order to facilitate things for me to just focus on patient care. Overall, the company seems to be operating on high ethical standards, and has more of a family vibe to it than a corporation's.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

The company has currently undergone new management and is still going trough changes, including the upgrade of their corporate office and many of its locations. Management seems to really care about the growth of its employees within the company. Since I have been here, they have created "Absolute University" which is a platform for learning different topics and programs outside of ones own job description which gives employees opportunity to be able to learn concepts outside of their job description (All paid) to be able to move into different positions.

Cons

The company is still undergoing changes and growth so this may not be a suitable environment for someone who is not willing to adapt to change easily. If you like a challenge and welcome change this is the perfect company for you right now.

We appreciate your review and are sorry you are not enjoying your work experience. Beginning in 2017, we will have Absolute University, a formal, professional training and coaching program in place, to support professional growth for each AD employee. While we work hard to make Absolute Dental a great place to work, we realize our fast-pace and strategy adjustments required to respond to the marketplace aren't for everyone. As the company has grown and changed quickly, we are working to enhance our culture so every employee has a positive experience. Hopefully soon, your experience will be a positive one.
