Pros
The onboarding process is 2 full weeks with loads of documentation and support at all levels. Weekly check in meetings with my team lead, along with Skip Level meetings with department heads. They care and are always listening on how to improve a process or tool. There are loads of reading material to assist with being amazing at your position. It feels like home.
Cons
Some times there is one too many SOP's and documents and a little less interaction with colleagues in other departments
