      Pros

      Amazing management team. Everyone here is a part of big family, supports each other and helps to excel. Modern development tools, presence of common sense, never stopping innovations. Also company is located in Telus Sky and has a modern office with amazing equipment. Pluralsight subscription, ability to infinitely grow inside company, open-minded leadership.

      Cons

      A little steep learning curve to get acquainted with main product - Absorb LMS. No other cons really.

      Pros

      - Work with some smart and supportive people. - Interesting product space.

      Cons

      - Product team continues to bleed our top talent. When we lose staff they're not being replaced, yet hiring and promotions for other departments is being flaunted. It's been made clear there's a hierarchy in the company, with the product team being at the bottom. - Feedback provided will be deflected and you'll be marked as a complainer. - A lot of perks and benefits have been removed. Total compensation is not competitive. - Communication from execs requires several rounds of backtracking, hand-waving and clarification.
