* Absorb is growing aggressively * Absorb has maintained a good work culture through it's growth * Absorb provides a great Life>Work balance. Leaders are very passionate to not work extra, they advocate to avoid burn out, and have demonstrated they care about their people a lot. * The benefits package is solid and offers a good range/array of coverage.
Cons
* Absorb has been going pretty hard on AI Development which has added value to the platform but at times, is difficult to keep up with. * Executive level leadership has been changing frequently (but appears to have settled).
