      * The workplace culture is awesome. * The people are amazing. * The company treats us very well and is extremely transparent.

      Cons

      * The company is able to react to the needs of its employees for sure, but sometimes it does take a bit of time to get a clear/concise message about smaller interdepartmental changes.

      Work from home, flexible hours, collaborative work environment.

      Cons

      Since the WCAS investment, middle and senior management have changed. Work culture in turn has shifted, it is not longer a place to upskill and learn even though our CEO posts about it all the time on LinkedIn.
