      Pros

      Good employee discounts on product they sell, family oriented company, can be flexible if you are in school, pay is hourly but raises are frequent (once per year-16 months) , great health benefits and 401K

      Cons

      very political, bonuses are totally unrealistic, retail hours require you usually work on some holidays as well as one weekend day

      Pros

      Great family atmosphere. Busy fun environment. Nice to work at a place where most everyone respects each other, gets along, and has the same goal of treating customers the way they would want to be treated.

      Cons

      It's retail. That means some late nights and a commitment to working weekends for most.
