It is almost impossible to have a set time off for our delivery/install fleet. Some stops can be smooth and quick and others can take a couple of hours depending what issues they run into. Bottom line we try not to leave our customers until the job is done and make sure they are taken care of. We are an extremely busy store and it is no secret our drivers work long hours. It is brought up in the interview process on several occasions and as you mentioned the pay is good. Most of our drivers are happy with the overtime pay versus the alternative.

We are an extremely busy store and it is no secret our drivers work long hours. It is brought up in the interview process on several occasions and most of our drivers are happy with the overtime pay versus the alternative. We also honor most of our time off requests and always try to accommodate our staff.
