As a current employee, not sure why you’d post up on Glassdoor rather than just come in and talk to one of your managers, HR or even one of the family members. Almost all of our managers have started in an entry level position and worked their way up in the company. We 100% encourage growth and are proud to have such long term employees. We are sorry you feel this way about our management. Again, please see your manager, HR or one of the brothers with any other complaints. One of them are here every day and they would be more than happy to listen.
