Culture is not good. Leaders and HR are unprofessionally disrespectful and unkind. They are not inclusive despite describing themselves as being an equal opportunities employer. Even if you perform great and have great yearly and mid-year reviews.

Deadlines are almost always rushed and everyone gets overworked (OT expected to meet deadlines). Culture is horrible. Leaders and HR are unprofessionally disrespectful and unkind. Even if you perform great and have great yearly and mid-year reviews. Most everyone quits this place or is forced out.
