Every department is over worked and stretched thin. Management is never onsite, leaving scientists to make all the decisions. Each scientist is openly expected to do a 3 FTE (full time employee) job.

Biggest disappointment is the fact that Covid is still used as an excuse for management to not be onsite when we are considered essential workers and majority are vaccinated. No procedures are in place for any department, ideas of workers to implement procedures are not taken into account, materials are never available, either lost or "misplaced in a huge warehouse" time to go on a scavenger hunt kids! Unrealistic timelines are given as in "everything needs to be executed TODAY". Expectation for weekend work is normal for a CMO but when there is no visibility of schedule and ETA for needed testing but a "Due Now" approach really downgrades the quality of execution. Overall, stay away unless you want to play project manager, QA, QC, R&D, supply chain, facilities, metrology, IT and possibly manager all in one day and everyday.
