- Relatively high technical level - There are lots of things to learn - Nice facilities (including toilets, free parking, nice campus) - Involvement in all aspects of a project

Cons

- Unearthed CEOs (frequently changed) - Outrageous HR practices. Little to no transparency in recruitment/promotion. Recruitment and promotion are being done on personals favor system. There is a general feeling of insecurity.
