None, the culture at this company is extremely difficult to deal with. Especially in the accounting department.

Cons

No HR present The accounting department was working overtime and long hours and it resulted in high stress and poor work life balance. The long hours caused tiredness and fatigue. This was apparent in how the accounting manager and staff accountant treated others.
