Pros

Helping the community and the people is need is important.

Cons

Nothing positive to say about how this org is led. Nepotism, favoritism, discrimination, racism - it all exists here from the very top of this organization.

It’s All Just a Show

Pros

I’ve met some nice colleagues while where. People who are passionate about helping.

Cons

Leadership is joke. It is clear that people are given their positions because they are female Latino and not because they know what they are doing. It is a disgrace. From the very top disgraceful. They take care of themselves and their own people. Do not come here and expect to be treated fairly and with respect if you are non Latino Latina. This is the culture here established from the highest office.

Pros

The job itself is easy

Cons

Management HR Payroll Anyone who is a supervisor and up is completely useless You teach yourself how to work and they don’t even pay you The work environment through the entire company is toxic Hr/corporate and site management are all friends who scammed their way into positions by knowing people They do nothing but gossip You can’t even call HR cuz it will get back to your manager and they will Ice you out and get you fired or force you to quit No training They steal money and every sleeps with each other and files sexual assault claims If you want to live a normal life outside of work, do not apply here. They don’t even care about the clients.
