Started at Acacia as a Case Manager and have been promoted over the years. Great place to learn and provide services to vulnerable populations.

Pros

Most of the staff I worked with are gone, but they were good people who loved and cared for the clients and the work they’ve done.

Cons

Favoritism, unprofessional. Director is always in some kind of gossip she hires people that she likes not that are qualified. She doesn’t interact with clients, she sits in here office talking on the phones w personal calls. She makes up fake meetings to be in the office joking and messing around w the staff she likes, like if this is her social club. She’s Condescending, disrespectful and all around unprofessional.
