      Pros

      Truly awesome group of people. Awesome management. Great culture. Senior/lead devs are exceptional. Flexible hours (as long as you do a good job you have a lot of autonomy), Good benefits (snacks, drinks, PTO).

      Cons

      No 401k until 1 year or something. Can be very busy at times (although they are working on fixing this). Tight dead lines. Pay could be better. No git.

      Fun and supportive people to work with, in a great location. A great place to get exposed to tons of projects and technologies.

      Very busy, and clients can be nuts. Typical for an agency.
