      Pros

      Lots of great people here who are willing to go out of their way to help. The code base is huge, but well organized. E-commerce applications do a lot of different things, and you have the potential to learn a lot quickly.

      Cons

      Client work gets repetitive. Most of the work is client work. A lot of the tech is fairly old and there isn't a huge push to upgrade.

      Excellent group of people! Many opportunities to learn from great minds in the industry. Busy but the flexibility and trust from management is invaluable. A great company!

      Workload can be heavy, but it's a very supportive team and everyone helps each other out.

      Sometimes we were given free stuff and other perks at work.

      None of your hard work and effort will be rewarded nor even if you've done an outstanding job. Everything is seen as a responsibility and that the outcome of your work should not less than great.
