      I was left to handle everything on my own

      Pros

      Working this job made me feel like I can do anything and everything, I was like a super employee who can work 3 jobs at once.

      Cons

      This job's main responsibility is to manage the company's Shopify account. But within that, there's a lot more responsibilities and tasks to do. I was supposed to have assistants but never had them. I was left on my own to handle everything without any help from anyone, without increments in pay.

      My efforts were not worth anything

      Pros

      There were fun perks at work that you get to enjoy, like a birthday off and snacks and drinks are free flowing.

      Cons

      With my entire time working here, I didn't feel like any of my hard work and efforts were worth something. There were no rewards or even simple recognition for everything I've done and contributed for the company.

      Good Company, Talented Teammates but High Turnover

      Pros

      You'll learn a great deal about client relationships, technology, integrations and more. The team is knowledgeable and is always willing to answer questions.

      Cons

      After sometime, I noticed the upper management was cliquey. The benefits could be better. After a while, the work goes from interesting to irritating.
