The company is good to give opportunities to learn. There are folks who do manual testing, and they are helping them to upskill to learn automation. Leadership is supportive, and they encourage to try out new things. Hike was 7-9% mostly, but better compared to most other companies who were giving 2-5% last year.

Cons

There is good amount of work on weekdays, though weekend work is not encouraged at all.

Pros

As its startup and the parent company intraedge, there’s good scope for development, got the best people at higher management who are very approachable and helping. Work from home option is there Quarterly client meets need to travel to hyd or Pune. We have very wide scope for learning with cutting edge tech for education. Everyone is treated with respect.

Cons

Leave policy is little stringent and confusing We get 17 leave for annum which include both paid and SL. Dnt have a big office in HYD No extra pay like bonus, OT etc.
