Politics from the start, before joining and after joining. Before hiring, they say best company and a great place to work, but they are big liars, and they subject you to so much torture. coz of them, we will lose the projects, coz they approved and shared it, but they will blame you, coz their blame game will start there, and they will keep you in PIP and remove you, simply - a loser's company. Not a good place to work
