There are some people here who should never be in charge of others. You can tell they were there for thier own personal benefit and made terrible managers. They were harsh and abrasive to talk to and frequently criticized staff members publically and privately. They also made illegal comments about employees health, providing conjectures that could easily get the company in trouble as a whole. They did not actively check to make sure students were getting serviced appropriately. They did not offer any assistance to teachers unless they were asked - hid in thier office and acted like they couldn't see things most of the day. There is a teacher shortage and they are still using tactics to fire and hire teachers at will based on who they like and prefer at the moment. They paper employees and pretend its valid while ignoring that other employees are getting away with the same thing and not being written up for it. They are also not providing basic supplies to teachers and limiting access to paper. They send late emails and make contact outside hours, assuming teachers are making the same pay they are and should be available the same hours they are.
