Easy to get a job since they hire anyone. No, literally.

Cons

Constant 45+ hour weeks. Horrible clientele to deal with. Management doesn’t care or wants to help you. Pay is low for all the stuff you’re responsible for doing every day. No opportunity for raises

The salary is average, the technology is good, the credit team is good.

Cons

Business banking rolls up to retail so nothing gets approved, management is a disaster, there is no training or guidance. Internal errors are rampant. Benefits are the worst I've ever seen.
