      Pros

      I have only positive things to say. This is a great company to work for with a strong corporate culture. Upper management is very supportive and has taken a keen interest in my career development and advancement. Academy is on the cutting edge of technology, and I continue to learn and develop new skills. I hope to continue to to work here for many years to come.

      You can move up in the retail side of this company quickly. In some cases way too quickly.

      If you love to be micro managed, underpaid, overworked, and have unrealistic goals set to hit, this is the job for you

      Pros

      Academy Bank is an up and coming bank. There is room for a lot of personal career growth. You work salary + commission so you really get to write your own paycheck.

      Cons

      Very sales based. Also located inside Walmart. Although the foot traffic is great for marketing and sales, you deal with the stereotypical "Walmart type"
