      Easy job sometimes, nightmare most of the time

      Pros

      When it was slow this was by far the easiest job ever you would get paid to do absolutely nothing but chat with customers and co-workers.

      Cons

      The pay was horrible with impossible bonuses to achieve. The work life balance is awful making you work 6 days a week most of the time. And the management team is very lacking they have there favorites and make sure that the others do all the work
