There is a strong team dynamic at this company. They have been very cautious and communicative regarding Covid-related policies. The IT Department is also very organized and helpful.

Cons

The wages are very low for the industry, which makes retention pretty poor. There is a “call-in culture” at this company where every day is making up for someone else’s slack.
