Branch managers are paid well however the bran ches remain understaffed for years on end.

Cons

Managers end up working close to 50-60 hours a week just to maintain bank policy. Staff is overworked, lunch breaks are often skipped, training is poor. Branch staff lower than manager are paid very little.
