Pros
Academy’s support departments all realize that we are ALL human and makes mistakes. I have never worked for a bank that says “that’s ok, let’s fix it together” like Academy does. The company has many advancement opportunities. While in-store is not the ideal banker position - the opportunity to learn banking quickly happens here. Every day is a different challenge. The retail side is more relaxed. Academy accommodates every type of employee.
Cons
In-store can be stressful while retail requires a lot of outbound sales.
